1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ASPLUS and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Usage Guidelines
The system must be used lawfully and ethically.
Misuse of the system, including hacking, fraud, or unlawful data entry, is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Lifetime Access
Subscriptions may be monthly, annually, or one-time (lifetime).
“Lifetime” refers to access to the system for as long as ASPLUS remains in active operation and support. It does not mean access for the lifetime of the user.
We guarantee a minimum of 10 years access from the date of purchase for Lifetime plans.
Lifetime access includes all core features at the time of purchase. New premium modules or major version upgrades may be excluded.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these terms
You engage in suspicious or harmful activity
Requested by legal authorities
6. System Availability
While we aim for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to server maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and system architecture are the intellectual property of AS Plus Technology Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your use of the system. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
